  1. Hopefully, this program is self-explanatory.  The following items may 
  2. provide additional information that may help you in using this program.

  4. •    Ignore DST
  5.     This option is provided to enable the you to set whether the clock
  6.     is to be adjusted for Daylight Savings Time.  You may want this set
  7.     this if you live in an area that does not observe Daylight Saving 
  8.     Time (such as Arizona) or that change on a day different that the
  9.     national standard.

  11. •    300 bps verus 1200 bps
  12.     Because of the encoding techniques used in 300 bps protocols, the
  13.     accuracy of the time is higher than with 1200 bps.  However, with
  14.     300 bps service, ACTS transmits only the time.  If you use 300 bps,
  15.     you must set the date in the system clock via the Control Panel
  16.     before having the program set the time.  After the time is set, you
  17.     may need to change the hours via the Control Panel to reflect any
  18.     Day Light Savings Time adjustment.
